Are you looking to learn tai chi in Canberra? We have new beginner classes starting regularly, in a friendly and welcoming environment.

If you want to try out a beginner class at any of our locations, your first class is obligation free.

New classes 2018

A new round of beginner classes will commence from the end of August 2018.

Please note that this schedule is subject to change as circumstances arise - for example, classes may be cancelled if they don't get sufficient numbers.

65 Dundas Court, Phillip, is our permanent headquarters in Canberra. Classes are also available at the locations above.

Open House - Sunday 26 August

In the lead up to the next round of classes, the ACT Branch will be holding an open house at our Phillip premises. The program will start from 2:00pm and include a demonstration, a ‘have a go’ session for members of the public, a short talk by a couple of members about the health benefits they’ve experienced, followed by some afternoon tea.

The open house will start at 2:00pm and go through until 3:30pm on Sunday 26 August 2018 at our centre at 65 Dundas Court, Phillip.

National workshop

The branch will be hosting a national workshop on Saturday 15 September. There will also be a Lok Hup Internsive and Instructor Forum on Sunday 16 September. See the workshops page for a poster and more information.
