Beginner Classes for 2017
* The first class is an obligation-free introductory session where you see a demonstration, learn about the health benefits and learn the first 3 moves.

Dates shown below are the starting dates for each new beginner class. Classes run once per week for approximately 4 months, during which you will learn the complete sequence of the tai chi set. The Taoist Tai Chi Society of Australia Inc reserves the right to consolidate classes with less than 6 participants. It is possible this schedule may be changed without notice, so we suggest that you confirm start dates prior to commencement by phoning or emailing our office.

Health Recovery Classes
Health Recovery classes are ongoing weekly support classes to assist those who have special health needs or physical challenges, to develop muscle strength, better balance, mobility and flexibility. Open to beginner students, and you can start anytime.
