NEW BEGINNER CLASSES COMMENCING FEBRUARY 2019
The beginner class dates shown below are starting dates, and classes are usually once per week. The beginner course runs for approximately 4 months. Your first Beginner class is an obligation-free introductory session where you see a demonstration, learn about the health benefits and learn the first few moves.

Classes marked NEW are yet to start or have just started and are still accepting new students.It is ok to start the class after the official start date -- just introduce yourself to the instructor.
