Open House events - come and try Taoist Tai Chi
Are you interested in tai chi, and want to see a class and gauge whether it is 'for you'?
Open House events offer an opportunity to see a demonstration of the Taoist Tai Chi set, try the first few moves, ask questions, meet and chat with local members and instructors, and get a feel for a typical class in a friendly and informal atmosphere.
Open House events are held prior to each term. The next events will be held:
Saturday 25 May 2019.
|Free ~|| All welcome ~|| No obligation|
Beginner classes are designed for members who are learning and practising the fundamentals of the tai chi set.
The set is taught in courses lasting approximately three months. We have beginner courses starting regularly through the year.
Interested members of the public may attend any beginner class at any of our locations, 'give it a go' and gauge whether tai chi is for you. The first class is obligation free.
For details of all classes at each of our locations and location-specific updates, follow the links below:
We also offer a more flexible format, 'start anytime' beginner class on Tuesday evenings at Fullarton, which accepts new members at any time through the year, so there's no need to wait for the start of a new course.
Come along and give it a try.
Members who have recently graduated from a beginner course are warmly invited to attend continuing classes, as listed on location pages. (Also, see Downloads, below.)
Lok Hup Ba Fa (1st half) Practice Sessions
Practice sessions are held monthly at Fullarton and Nairne class locations. Refer to each class location page for schedule information.
